Well the weather cleared up and we were able to go clamming!  Thanks Steve and crew for a great afternoon!  Sorry for the spotty pics...life on an island gets a little salty.

Red fish bite is still red hot!  but the Speckled Trout bite has slowed a bit, but still plenty out there to catch!

July 2012 - Red Fish
Still catching Cobia in the Pamlico Sound!  While 2-4 lbs Blues were snapping in the inlet and several nice Speckled Trout.  Expect to see a consistent Cobia bite all week!!!

Had the day off today, but still spent it on the water clamming for fun.  Clams Casino for dinner and crab cakes from Risky Business Seafood...AWESOME!!!

Today's catch:  flounder, speckled trout, sheeps head and blues.  Afternoon trip had a great time clamming in the clear, warm 82 degree water (reminded me of the Carribean on the Pamlico Sound!)

Today's morning charter caught Grey Trout and Blues, the afternoon got a limit of keeper Reds and a basket of clams.  It was a little windy today but still a great day on the water!
